Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, standard products in original condition and packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

All returns require prior authorization. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If confirmed, Groove Seal Dynamics will repair, replace, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
