Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within standard business hours. Lead times vary based on product type and order volume. Custom or made-to-order items will have extended lead times.

Shipping Methods
GSD ships via common carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, LTL freight) based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping method may be selected at checkout or determined by GSD.

Freight Terms
All shipments are FOB shipping point unless otherwise agreed. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice or billed collect on the customer’s account.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. GSD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

International Shipping
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. GSD is not liable for customs delays or additional charges incurred.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available once the order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt. Any damage, shortage, or loss must be reported within 7 days. Claims may require documentation and must be filed with the carrier when applicable.
