3. Product Specifications
GSD strives for accuracy in product descriptions and specifications but reserves the right to make changes or improvements without notice.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom products are manufactured to customer specifications and are non-cancelable and non-returnable once production has begun.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only. GSD is not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or circumstances beyond its control.

6. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers are responsible for inspecting all goods upon receipt. Any discrepancies, damage, or defects must be reported within 7 days.

7. Limited Warranty
GSD warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at GSD’s discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
GSD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or production.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and proprietary information provided by GSD remain its property and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

GSD reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
